I’m a Product guy. … someone who designs and builds products of all kinds. I like the entire process of Product Management.

And what is Product Management?

Fundamentally, it’s about delivering successful solutions to a defined customer market.

A Product Manager is the messenger of the market. A good Product Manager has a deep understanding of customer needs as well as the technical understanding of what can be delivered. It is a strategic role focused on defining today what customers will value tomorrow. Gathering requirements from prospects, writing product requirements, and monitoring the development activities are tactical activities which support the strategic development of future product needs.

I’ve managed teams of more than 20 and worked as an independent contributor designing and building enterprise software that exceeds customer needs.

Whatever the project is, I will do what it takes to get it launched successfully and on-time.

And now the bullets…

> Demonstrated product management leadership with hands-on technical background in enterprise product development

> Uniquely skilled at germinating new ideas, building successful cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of market-focused product innovation

> Equally proficient in working with system engineers, sales managers and clients

> Brilliant, bad, charming, irascible and usually off-the-wall. Extraordinary drive and energy, blessed with creativity. Intolerate of mediocrity.
